We love watching the cliff divers here, it has become an annual tradition. The restaurant is great, the view is truly one of a kind. I gave it a 4 out of 5 instead of a 5 because on our last visit my entire was delivered half cold. The bread they serve before the meals is AMAZING, my mouth is watering thinking about it. Stuffed with cheese, and delivered with an amazing garlic butter.

The view from the hotel was great. The restaurant, bar and lobby have open views to the cliffs, you can see the cliff divers from there. It has a spectacular view of the open ocean and as well as the Cliff Divers. Also from the rooms, the views are beautiful and a bit more private than the restaurant. I had a great view from my room, it felt like a dream. Also, the hotel has a 3 meters deep pool, it is higher up the hill and they have two cable cars to take you from the first floor (close to the lobby) to the pool; only thing is you have to cross the parking lot and a street to get to the pool, but then again the view is cool from up there. They have a natural pool where water and fishes fill it up but you have to walk down stories to get to sea level. Next to it there's like a kiosk where there's chairs and tables and you can just look at the ocean. On the way down to the natural pool there is another pool but it is not as deep, maybe like 1.5-2 meters but also a good place to just hang out. The customer service was great, they were always nice and always helpful. I attached some photos of different parts of the hotel. Honestly it is easy from my top 3 hotels that I've stayed in just for all the cool things it has, if not my favorite.

We were there to watch the cliff divers of Acapulco. We sat in there dining/bar area and ordered a cool drink. My walking is hindered and I couldn't handle all the stairs, but could watch the divers. I wish we could have been closer for better pictures. But at least I got to see the famous show!

I only went to its restaurant but I'll put 5 stars without a doubt! They offer you a dive show (clavadista in spanish). It is about some people throwing from a 30 meters high stone and doing acrobatics in the air! If you go to Acapulco, you MUST go there. You won't regret that. The food is also great and the view is beautiful.

Its a lovely place with a great view! I went there with a friends and she fell in love with the hotel. The perks of this hotel is their hidden little beach pool that the hotel owns. If you are looking for a discreet not too packed hotel away from all the tourist this is a great option. They do offer day passes that allow you to use their utilities and includes breakfast or lunch with two drinks for $450 MXP.

They told us a room with a view was available but then the manager came along & said they were actually sold out so we had to get a room without a view & no compensation for that. Regardless of that though the views there are so beautiful & the vibes there at night are so fun. No one told us that when it's night time/the days of the diving show here the vendors come out. You won't have to leave this area if you don't want too because everything is here from food, snacks, sweets, and knick knacks.

It has great location, services and rooms. But I feel that prices are high when it's about food and drink services. It keeps growing with new sections and services that are planned to be ready sometime nearly but a lot of aspects can be worked better. I'd recommend it but only for people that love a great view and be comfortable.

This is where the famous cliff divers do their famous cliff diving. It's an acceptably good hotel for Mexico. The majority of the staff speaks English. The hotel itself is well maintained considering its age. It's conveniently located near lots of shopping and the downtown Acapulco area, and a large fresh food market. Lots of tourists from around the world can be found here. It's a good place to strike up an international conversation too. Restaurants are decent but a tad overpriced.
